Re: Laura H.
Laura H. moved into the Assisted Living side of Harmony Court in 2002 at age 94 and spent six enjoyable years in her apartment. Requiring more care, she moved to the Care Centre side in 2008 at age 99. She celebrated both 100th and 101th birthdays there.
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge and thank all the staff at Harmony Court who had direct contact with her and those behind the scenes who knew her. You are too numerous to name individually but you know who are are.
During the many hours we spent visiting Mom, we were always impressed with the care, concern and compassion exhibited by staff not just toward Laura but all residents. It takes a special type of person to do what you do and we would say you are a group of the best.
So, on behalf of the family of Laura, we again say THANK YOU for all that you did to make Laura's stay with you an enjoyable experience.
